European Multinational Auto Parts Manufacturer
Assignment: A global auto parts powerhouse tasked us with the responsibility of finding fully fitted-out spaces meeting diverse design requirements & specifications in multiple locations. Aggressive timelines were an inherent part of these requirements.
The Transaction: We structured multiple transactions aggregating to 750,000 + sq.ft. across diverse business parks from 2004 to 2012. The key to success in these transactions was strong positioning of the client with developers to ensure that best terms were achieved – commercially and in terms of timelines.
Large Multinational IT Consulting & Services Corporation
Assignment: This corporation has (and continues to) witnessed very strong growth and has emerged as one of the largest players in the IT services space. Over the years, we have been tasked with sourcing warm shell spaces & fully-fitted out spaces for the client across multiple locations; each time with strict timeline requirements to ensure compliance to their growth plan.
The Transaction: We structured multiple transactions aggregating to 1.2 million + sq.ft. as part of 12 transactions for this client across diverse locations – including Bangalore, Chennai, Mumbai, Pune, Gurgaon, Kolkata from 2003 onwards. Through a well-structured negotiation process, we were able to garner best commercial terms for the clients, with facilities delivered on time to help meet business objectives.
Blue-chip Multinational Consulting & Financial Advisory Services Corporation
Assignment: A prestigious, highly respected consulting & advisory firm worked with us to identify and transact diverse spaces across multiple locations for their corporate requirements, including back-office services spaces. The requirements extended across warm shells and fully fitted out spaces, and quality of spaces was a key criterion for deciding on the facilities.
The Transaction: We have helped this client identify & transact multiple facilities amounting to 950,000+ sq.ft. in Bangalore and Gurgaon, including their large facilities (each of 250,000+ sq.ft.) in both these locations. In each case, the client was able to get spaces that conformed to all they key requirements and business drivers; and within the budgets established.
Multinational Financial Services Corporation
Assignment: An American corporation, which serves as a leader in its financial services segment, has rapidly expanded its back-office presence across India. It has worked actively with Cityinfo for its facility requirements – focused on high stability infrastructure to support back-office operations, easily accessible for its BPO staff.
The Transaction: We have helped this client identify & transact multiple facilities amounting to ~350,000 sq.ft. as part of 3 transactions in Bangalore and Mumbai. As a result of our advisory and expertise in managing the transaction, the client was able to identify the ideally located facilities and complete the transactions with very favorable terms.
Global Engineering Powerhouse
Assignment: A global leader in electrical engineering solutions tasked CityInfo with identifying commercial spaces across various cities to meet its rapid growth requirements. With the first transaction in 2005, the client has had various requirements for warm shell and fully fitted-out spaces repeatedly across various cities.
The Transaction: We worked with this client since their first transaction of 200,000+ square feet in 2005 spanning across 8 transactions and a collective area of 600,000+ sq.ft. transacted across Bangalore and Chennai, ensuring that all strategic business requirements & drivers unique to an engineering solutions company are met.

Assignment: One of the world's largest consumer goods corporation has actively sourced real estate facilities for diverse facilities, including research division operations and other corporate functions across Bangalore.
